1. Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using the Pokope platform. All users must comply with this policy. Violations may result in account suspension, termination, and/or legal action.
2. Permitted Use
You may use the Pokope platform to:
- Browse, purchase, and sell collectible trading cards
- Store cards in the Pokope Vault
- Participate in auctions
- Use the Gacha Capsule Machine
- Request card delivery, grading, or insurance
- Track your portfolio and holdings
3. Prohibited Activities
You must NOT:
3.1 Financial Misconduct
- Use the platform for money laundering or terrorist financing
- Submit fraudulent payment transactions or chargebacks
- File false insurance claims
- Manipulate card prices, auction bids, or valuations
- Attempt to exploit the payout system
3.2 Account Abuse
- Create multiple accounts (one person, one account)
- Share account credentials with others
- Impersonate other users or Pokope staff
- Use another person's identity or payment methods
3.3 Technical Abuse
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools without authorization
- Attempt to access systems, data, or accounts you are not authorized to use
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform
- Introduce malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Perform denial-of-service attacks or load testing without permission
- Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities (report them to [email protected] instead)
3.4 Content Violations
- Post offensive, defamatory, or illegal content
- Upload counterfeit card images or misrepresent card conditions
- Spam or send unsolicited communications through the platform
4. Enforcement
Pokope may take the following actions for violations:
- Warning: First-time minor violations
- Temporary Suspension: Repeated minor violations or first-time moderate violations
- Permanent Termination: Severe violations, fraud, or illegal activity
- Legal Action: Criminal referral for fraud, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
Pokope reserves the right to withhold payouts and freeze accounts during investigation of suspected violations.
5. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this policy, please report it to [email protected] or [email protected] for security issues. Reports can be made anonymously.
6. Responsible Disclosure
If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it responsibly to [email protected]. Do not publicly disclose vulnerabilities before we have had a reasonable opportunity to address them. We appreciate and acknowledge responsible security researchers.
