Age Verification & Parental Consent

1. Minimum Age Requirement

The Pokope platform is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. Users under 13 are not permitted to create an account or use our services.

For users between 13 and 17 years of age, parental or legal guardian consent is required before using the platform, making purchases, or engaging in trading activities.

2. Parental Consent for Minors

2.1 What Requires Consent

If you are under 18 years of age, your parent or legal guardian must consent to:

• Account creation and use of the platform
• Purchasing collectible cards from the marketplace
• Selling or auctioning cards through the platform
• Requesting payouts or financial transactions
• Subscribing to card insurance services
• Participating in gacha or randomized prize draws
• Processing of personal data as described in our Privacy Policy

2.2 How to Provide Consent

By allowing a minor to use the Pokope platform, the parent or legal guardian acknowledges and agrees to our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy on behalf of the minor. Parents/guardians are responsible for monitoring the minor's activity on the platform.

We may request additional verification of parental consent at our discretion, particularly for high-value transactions or payout requests.

3. Financial Transactions by Minors

Under Indonesian civil law (Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata, Article 1330), minors (under 21 or unmarried) have limited legal capacity to enter into contracts. Transactions made by minors on the platform are considered to be made with parental/guardian consent and supervision.

Important: Payout requests from accounts belonging to users under 18 may require additional verification, including confirmation from a parent or legal guardian and a valid bank account in the guardian's name.

4. Gacha & Randomized Content

The Pokope platform includes gacha (randomized prize draw) features. Parents and guardians should be aware that:

• Gacha spins require Pokope Coins or IDR payment
• Outcomes are randomized and not guaranteed
• Gacha purchases are non-refundable once executed
• We display prize odds transparently on the gacha page

We encourage parents to discuss responsible spending with minors and to monitor their platform activity, including gacha usage.

5. Data Protection for Minors

We take the protection of minors' personal data seriously. In accordance with UU PDP Article 25 and GDPR Article 8:

• We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide our services
• We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13
• Parents/guardians may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their child's data
• We do not use minors' data for targeted advertising
• We implement appropriate security measures to protect all user data

6. Reporting Concerns
